Registration open! Welcome to the second event in the Bay Area Ridge Trail Series benefiting the Bay Area Ridge Trail Council. The Inaugural Mount Madonna Trail Run features 4 distances (50K - 25K - 17K - 8K) in this beautiful park dominated by the redwood forest so characteristic in the Santa Cruz Mountain range.

You will drive to the top of the mountain for the start/finish and staging of this amazing venue. To the west it overlooks the Monterey Bay, and to the east parts of Santa Clara County.

Here, the Ohlone Indians hunted and harvested. Cattle baron, Henry Miller spent his summers here and later, the land was used the land for rare animals such as the White Fallow (See Photo) that his good friend, William Randolph Hearst gave him. We have also reserved a group camp site for up to 100 runners and their crews. First come first serve as we are limited to 20 vehicles each night.

Located along the rugged California coastline, these trails travel through forested hills, open grasslands, pristine prairies, and pygmy forests with panoramic views of rocky coves and the Pacific Ocean.
