Weather: Oakland
Lodging: Hotels/Motels Course Each lap is 3.1 miles around Lake Merritt. The course is flat with 70% dirt and 30% asphalt path. (Distances are accurately measured using a Rolatape® surveyor's measuring wheel.)
Friends and/or family members are welcome to run 1 or 2 laps during the event to share in your experience. “Pacing” isn’t allowed. Generally, we want your achievement at Lake Merritt Half Day (distance and/or place) to be a solo effort.
